Matt Beickert - Owner / Manager
After many successful years in film and video production, Matt Beickert decided to return to the residential construction industry, where his family has been involved since the 1920s. An energetic, innovative and service-minded business owner, Matt is driven to provide quality inspections and peace of mind for home buyers, sellers and their agents. Outside of work, Matt remains a film buff, is active with a number of non-profits, and enjoys few things more than winning a long rally on the tennis court. He has completed more than 500 inspections and is a licensed home inspector in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
Matt is a Certified Radon Measurement Professional (CRMP), Certified Pool Inspector (CPI), Certified Mold Inspector (CMI) and Certified Chimney Inspector (CCI) as well as a Certified Instructor with the TN Real Estate Commission.
David Jolley - Sr. Inspector
There’s not much on an inspection site that rattles David Jolley and no one is more serious about ensuring safety in the home. That comes from having spent 30 years as an Air Traffic Controller, where addressing problems and protecting lives is the norm – all day, every day. As Sr. Inspector, David has logged more than 800 home inspections making him familiar with older homes and new construction throughout the MidSouth. Outside of work, David is an active member of Renewal Church, enjoys spoiling his 6 grandchildren, and is an avid fan of SEC football.
Davis is licensed in Tennessee and is a Certified Pool Inspector.

Christopher Danosky - Inspector
Germantown native Chris Danosky has lived in his Midtown home, built in 1900, for more than 25 years. This experience, combined with over 20 years of providing Home Improvement services, has given Chris the expertise to inspect any type of home, from Downtown condos to Midtown four-squares, to large estate homes out East. Chris has worked on them all. Chris also has a BA in Geography and a minor in Environmental Studies from the U of M. As a young environmental scientist, he did environmental site assessments and indoor air quality testing for real estate transactions. With this background, plus AmeriSpec’s resources and training, Chris can easily spot potential problems and explain, first-hand, what it will take to fix them. Add to the mix Chris’s calm demeanor and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better inspector.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys fly fishing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, especially with his son, the motivating force behind Chris’s work.

Christopher Cummins - Inspector
A lifelong resident of the Memphis/MidSouth area, Chris brings a decade of hands-on experience and a wealth of local knowledge to every inspection. With over 10 years in the disaster restoration industry, specializing in mold remediation and water mitigation, Chris has a unique and expert eye for potential issues others might miss. He holds multiple IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification) accreditations, which go beyond the typical home inspector certifications. A devoted husband and father of three, Chris's commitment to his family and community is at the core of who he is. He is an active member of Slayden Baptist Church, where he volunteers on the IT committee and manages the live streaming of special events.
Chris is more than an inspector; he's a professional you can trust, committed to serving both his clients and his community with integrity.
